Usage of A0 bit for 64128KX display interface

I'm hooking up the 64128KX to a TI OMAP5910 processor FLASH interface, which doesn't even have an A0 bit. I assume it is fine to use A1, the lowest LSB I have, or a GPIO, since all it seems to do is select control vs. data accesses? The OMAP5910 FLASH interface already has separate chip selects and read/write lines, so there's no external decoding that needs to be done.

I'm not familiar with the TI part, but suggest using a GPIO. The function of A0 is unrelated to the addressing function on your flash interface. Also, you may want to add a pull up to A0 to keep the display from acting strange at power up.
