Question about a specific screen you produced

My name is Byron, and I'm trying to figure out the LCD screen that DisplayTech made for the Samsung Convoy2 flip phone.

I've got a serial number on the screen, and it says it was made by Displaytech, but I can't figure out what it is.

Any help identifying it would be greatly appreciated.
