There
are many reasons why a module is an attractive option for
the user. In it's simplest form, a custom module could be
a standard module with an
extended PCB to carry additional front panel components, such
as switches, LED's etc. More complex modules can incorporate
many, or all, of a
products circuitry.
With ever-increasing pixel counts, and therefore LCD connections,
specialized

the LCD/IC interface.
